Present immigration laws allow virtually unlimited agricultural labor to enter the U.S. with minimum hassle. Migrant ag workers are not usually counted as illegal aliens. Stopping the flood of invading illegal aliens and deporting those who are illegally present now is not a restriction upon migrant ag workers who follow the harvests and do not overstay their permits.
