For heaven's sake make a decision. Just make a decision. Will the slippery slope council speaks of have gained any traction when and if the decision is made? In the mean time schedules are delayed, construction is delayed and so on and so on. A nickel holding up a dollar. This should have been settled already. Make a decision.
