We moved out of the City to get the heck away from it. I work in the county. I buy my groceries in the county. I go to Carolina Beach. If we had a state road going over the dang Wilmington City then we would use it. Be happy when someone does spend money in that City. County residents dont get their water, air, garbadge disposal from the city - we dont live off it - we dont want it. It wants us. Your City Council built a Convention Center that it was told not to build and youre going to have to pay for it and live with the Council raising your taxes after you elected them. Enjoy it.
