I can't help when I see all the protesters fighting for support of Amendment 1 using religious quotes from the Bible to make a point. Truth be known they know nothing of Biblical teachings. God laid down ten laws,The Ten Commandments. No ware in the Ten Commandments does it say anything about marriage. But all those preaching ideology forgot some of the basic laws of the Ten Commandments,. "And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments."Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor. So in essence they are violating God's Laws. Remember " Judge And Ye Shall Not Be Judged". "Love Thy Neighbor As You Love Thyself" They forget everything important that Gos asked of us "And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments." Yes I know the Bible and I am against Amendment 1, not for Biblical reasons but for protection of freedom in America. Webster defines marriage as, "a (1) : the state of being united to a person of the opposite sex as husband or wife in a consensual and contractual relationship recognized by law (2) : the state of being united to a person of the same sex in a relationship like that of a traditional marriage". So all those in favor of Amendment 1, you are placing you ideologies in front of freedom. Can you in live with limited free society in good conscience? or will you follow God's Laws as written. If you can't then your a hypocrite and shouldn't vote t all. I will vote against Amendment 1.
