June 2, 2012 " News Flash " River Rd. in Wilmington still closed. No estimated reopen date has been communicatd to the tax paying public at this time. Like I said earlier, "Twilight Zone"
Ok I moved from California in 2007. In California there exsists real sidewalks and curbs. Underground untilities instead of hanging power, phone, and cable lines everywhere. The infrastructure in this state and others here in the south and north east has horrendous. Being a hurrican states with the tax % were it's at all untilities should be under grond by now. Your sewage and water (main lines) should have been update by now as well. All these are great jobs to be had or created.
