I'd really like to know the thought (?) process that went into the decision to choose this location, the most congested intersection in town.
And why build from the ground up when there are numerous vacant buildings with adequate parking that could have accommodated Trader Joe's easily?
I won't say I won't shop there, but if it's a pain to get in and out of, I'll definitely shop elsewhere unless I need a specialty item.
