WHEN will our State gov't stop increasing taxes and learn to balance a budget???? Enough is enough! I remember when NC sales taxes were 3 pct. and we had NO food tax. The State of Tenn. has NO income tax and their sales tax is only slightly higher than ours. What are they doing right that the State of NC isn't?
