no stinkin' education. Education ain't no way to help people get jobs. Stop payin' for birth control so we have more kids to not educate so we have more to cleen toilets. Simple solushuns for simple peopel.
"You can't tax people into prosperity," is meaningless, but you can educate people into prosperity which requires funding by taxation.
