This young man chose to be in a gang and did pay the ultimate price in the end. It's possible his end was no worse than some the crimes he has committed against others and their families in their opinions, with him having been an active willing participate in a gang. So I feel sure he has been close to death before and dodged it but chose to continue this lifestyle. A hateful human shot him with intentions of inflicting harm upon this young man but it was ultimatly god that decided it was time for him to leave this earth. Hes probaly had numerous chances to turn his life around and hadnt, it was his time.
