Are we supposed to take more of our tax (property tax) dollars and put toward a stadium that only a few believe will be financially viable? We need to put that money toward the education of our youth, to reverse the cuts to our local educational systems. Education is the basis for our personal success. A well educated youth leads to a better educated public, a better educated work force, and more success in business for everyone. Education is the key to economic growth. To sacrifice the educational opportunities for our populace in order to fund (and I mean not only build but also maintain) a maybe stadium will depress our economy for decades.
