Frisco, Texas is a suburb of Dallas. The population of Frisco is approximately 117,000 while Dallas has a population of 1.1 million. Dayton, OH's population is around 141,000, but the Dayton metropolitan area has a population of 841,000. Oklahoma City has a population of 580,000 the Oklahoma City metropolitan area has a population of 1.25 million. Wilmington has a population of 106,000 and the Wilmington greater metropolitan area, which includes Brunswick and Pender Counties, is 362,000.
Those other cities have the population to sustain a stadium and I would imagine the money to sustain a stadium. Wilmington has neither.
