From the story: "House Bill 5 passed along party lines 31-13." and then the story state: "House Bill 925 also passed along party lines 30-14."
So how can it be along party lines at 31-13 and still along party lines at 30-14?
I would take it to mean somebody flopped or it could be an independent voting with the direction of the wind.
