I filed a claim with ncdoj after the gym in Knightdale closed but never heard anything from ncdoj or got any refund of my money that was lost. I remember being told that the company was being investigated and they would file my complaint and let me know what happens. Never heard a peep about it again. I just happened upon this article and saw that some refunds were issued...So I guess I wasn't one of the selected hundreds that got part of that $1.3 million that was collected. Amazing...it really does cost alot to be healthy...lol
