I pretty sure you can't throw someone out who has a life threatening illness...after being on an HOA board...we had rentals in the neighborhood you could do NOTHING about because of things like that...and they can NOT pay...I'm fairly sure...they rescinded the notice...because they realized what they did and didn't want to hear from a lawyer...I might be wrong...but I don't think so.
