This notice was published in the Lumina News last week. Notices like this are required by law, I believe. Berger's foreclosure notice was among many printed in last week's Lumina News. Perhaps Guest211 you should endeavor to learn how this process works---you will then understand that this is a matter of public record. I believe that this is indeed "news" because Berger is an elected official.
