Any one else in Brunswick county would have loss their drivers license for 1 year for 1st DWI. YOu can get a driving permit to drive to work only but the sheriff's son didn't even lose his license??? Nothing to be proud of in my opinion. I have a family member right that had a clean driving records and got their 1st DWI and loss drivers license for one year. Was told by DA and lawyer it is automatic loss of DL in NC for 1st DWI.
