I live on the beach and do not feel the recent ballots that were sent out were legal. It was not anonymous, asked every personal question anyone could come up with, and wanted to know how long you lived on the beach and if you were an owner or a renter. I am not sure all of that information needs to be attached to your vote. I have a feeling they only want homeowners to vote.
