I live on the beach and do not feel the recent ballots that were sent out were illegal. The ballot was not anonymous, they asked questions that were irrelevant to my voting rights, and wanted to know how long you lived on the beach and if you were an owner or a renter. I am not sure all of that information needs to be attached to your vote. I have a feeling they only want homeowners to vote and would like them to justify why they were asking all of the other questions. Are they just going to count homeowner votes?

I see people pick up their butts all the time. Maybe they should first start with ticketing people who litter then consider the ban.
