FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (AP) - A Fayetteville man is facing murder charges in the deaths of a man who was found shot to death and his girlfriend, who was missing for more than a week until her body was found in a wooded area. Fayetteville police said Friday that 27-year-old Danny Lee Jones is charged with two counts of first-degree murder and one count of first-degree kidnapping. He's charged in the deaths of 35-year-old Tommy Loren Webb and 26-year-old Denika Jones. Jones had been missing since May 15, when Webb's body was found in their mobile home. Her body was found Wednesday afternoon in a wooded area less than a mile from the couple's home. Police say Jones was in federal custody for a probation violation when they obtained arrest warrants for him. (Copyright 2012 The Associated Press. All rights reserved.
