Wow how generous. After 4 years, $250 ? After taxes it will not be much. In the last 4 years state employees have lost ground due to rising healthcare costs. I take home close to $2000 less now because of the poorly run State Health plan. I am VERY grateful to be employed but we are hurting like everyone else.Green rustorm
