The Inland Greens Golf Park is being paid for by moneys already allotted in the Park Bond. This Bond was voted for by the taxpayers some years ago. As a Park Bond, it may be used ONLY for new park purchases and maintenance on existing parks. We the taxpayers are already paying for it and other park related activities with our taxes and have no choice as we voted for it.
It will be a par 3 nine hole course plus areas for picnics and other park activities. It will be ideal for children to learn the game and families to enjoy the park together. It will be far more family oriented than a semi-pro baseball park which is for observation not participation, and it does not come under the Park Bond. It will cost us additional tax monies if it is passed by the City Council
