Um as a person who personally knows Brian Berger and has met his family and others close to him, I just feel like it should be known that Brian's parents paid for his legal fees, not him. Out of their retirement. That is now completely gone. So that $40,000.00 didn't come out of his pocket. It came out of theirs. So if Brian is wanting to use legal expenses as an excuse, well, that's just sad and pathetic.
PS- Make sure you're not late or completely miss your court date for that appeal coming up soon Brian. You have a tendency to do that. Actually being somewhere on time would be a "positive long overdue change" don't you think? You've stayed under the radar for a while now Brian. Let's see if you can keep that up.
Legal Fees?
