The hospital should have been turned into a VA but POWERS in POLITICS wanted some kickbacks and now there is a NEW hospital being built in New Hanover and that would NEVER have happened if the Brunswick deal went through so... We all know a politician gets better kickbacks with a NEW building rather than fixing an older one, which would have be better in this economy. Plus the old hospital would have been in the process of renovation by now and we wouldn't be looking at this mess. The NEW VA clinic cant even make us VETS ID CARDS let alone help us. Thats a big wast of money too... GO GO GOVERNMENT!! BS!!!
