Most of the problems have come from every time funding is needed to maintain facilities,services and etc. we have the usual conspiracy theorists and wannabe politicians scream cut, cut, cut. Now we get to pay for their nonsense of trying to bully commissioners and/or council members to get their way. Do we need the city government, no, one urban county government is plenty and could provide the same services for "less" due to no overlapping. Just a suggestion. Unfortunately too many people would lose their jobs.
