UPDATE: Leland council approve new town hall financingSubmitted by Katie Harden on Mon, 06/04/2012 - 4:29pm.READ MORE: LELAND, NC (WWAY) -- Leland Town Council approved drafts for financing a new Town Hall complex Monday. It will be built right down the street from the current town hall on a plot of land owned by the town. The building process will now move forward. The town expects to break ground in July.
