It is time that things change so the taxpayers of NEW HANOVER county have the right to vote on all tax increases and any purchase of land or other dispersal of taxpayers monies for projects.
BUT THE FIRST VOTE NEEDED IS TO REDUCE COUNTY AND CITY TAXES>NOT INCREASE TAX RATE TO COVER THE UNCONTROLLED SPENDING OF THE PRESENT GOVERNMENT BODIES THAT ARE IN CONTROL OF TAXPAYERS MONIES.
