This case goes to prove that if you have the right amount of money, you can get away with anything from adultrey to emblezzment. Let the "little man" try this and watch a judge slap the max on him. I should know. I tried to save my home, and am now charged with emblezzment while my previous employer (a Wilmington, NC firm) withheld my last pay check. Maybe if I had had someone paying my bill I would not be in the position I am in. Where is the justice in that????
