If they're on death row aren't they considered violent anyway?
AND...two more questions:
1) Why are we concerned about THEIR comfort, and....
2) Are guards and staff not trained for these jobs?
They don't need the comforts of home. They are the worst of the worst offenders. They have food and shelter and probably health care, etc. That's more than their victims have.
