Just what we need drunks in bars carrying concealed weapons. I had a friend a few weeks ago drunk, at home, carrying his loaded handgun in his neighborhood, shot a rabid cat that started to attack him on his leg but also shot his foot 3X but killed the cat. Now if he had been straight he might've only shot the cat. He's going thru the rabies vaccine but also his foot has 3 bullet holes. And he's shooting every stray cat in the neighborhood, he's killed 4 in the last 10 days, afraid that they are all rabid. So folks keep your cats at home if you want them alive. Like I said, just what we need are drunks in bars carrying concealed weapons. Where's the protection of family in that?
