this is silly. The increase in sea level may/may not ever happen...but to pass this type of law is just silly!
The problem is..we think we're smart...when in the grand scheme of things..we don't know SQUAT...wanna know what the latest explanation of the Big Bang is, because we can't explain it.....our galaxy exists in a BLACK HOLE...yup..you read that correctly....
