We knew it would be dropped because of Citizens United.
Think about it - unlimited corporate funds flowing into PACs and Super PACs - none of it falling under election law scrutiny.
Its no wonder McCain said we should put a lid on the CU ruling.
Yeah I know this was before CU - but I think you get my drift.
