It is unfortunate for the gent who lost his life. Is he to blame? Is someone else to blame? Although lives are lost to drinking or speed, Lets start to look at talking on a cell phone or worse, texting while driving. Texters are worse, they don't have their eyes on the road. I am cut off and encroached upon daily and I see these people on phones or texting. The worse is a texter coming up behind you. You can't even signal them to be careful of you.
