It is only a dollar? Maybe true right now, but as we all know, when one dollar isn't enough, the city will start that oh so slow increase of those funds. It is the nature of the tax beast, it must be fed and continue to grow to cover additional cost. Now we have created a job for someone to track and allocate those new tax dollars. It just never ends!
