It's a user fee. If you want to run, you pay for the costs.

All that other fluff about all the people who come here and the money they spend is nebulous, unprovable speculation that is used by everyone wanting a free ride on taxpayer dollars.

I'm dead set against tax increases. I'm 100% in favor of user fees, and Uncle Reality is 100% spot on. If you run, you pay.
