Beam is around +60' in length, it takes a while to pull out and even make that turn. Seeing how the SUV went underneath near the back wheels it definately did not pull out in front of the SUV. IF he could not see that crossing in front of him and stop then he really should not have been driving in the first place. Thats why they call it dope!
