Now to overcome this - they need to propose at least 60% private financing and even at that I wonder if voters would still balk?
This is a business and they are trying to get the best deal possible - we understand this. But the city is also operating as a business and council has to get the best deal possible for us.
And this deal is certainly not in the best interests of the residents here....
