for the last few years i've been going in this store & i've noticed some real shortcomings. the staff was pleasant, but minimal knowledge of their own products. we used to send our engineers there for supplemental parts, & they would come back empty handed just shaking their head regarding the staff & the stores products. sadly, i don't think they've cared for the last few years.
