That's just it. These boys probably don't have anything. Most (I'm not including all) children these days don't have a high school education, a job, a moral sense of value, and a respect for life. The street life is their way of life, which has NOTHING to offer. The parents of these should pay at least 50% of the expenses. It would be nice for them to have to pay some of the expenses. If the death penalty is not applied, they should be able to work while they are in jail for the rest of their lives and the little bit of change they do make be sent to the trust fund.
It would be a nice law to come into effect: The assailants families should have to pay 50% of the victims funeral arrangements or any accured costs.
