A weightloss pill should be the absolute last resort. I was obese 10yrs ago w/ high blood pressure. I took no drugs, prescription/otc, I completely changed what I was eating, starting exercising, left my sorry boyfriend & got serious about my physical, mental & spiritual health while working w/ my doctor. I'm 20lbs from my goal weight. I knew this was going to be life changing so unlike some folks I did it the hard way & it's working. I haven't taken any type of meds in 15yrs, I refuse pills. Drug cos. would go out of business if there were more people who refused meds & decided to take care of their bodies instead of suffering from side effects of pills. My doctor has told me she hopes she's as healthy as I am when she's 50. I advised her to be happy with herself no matter what & stay away from drugs.
