It would be one thing if she killed someone else, but since it was a family member, her own father to boot, people should be slightly more sensitive.
The victim was an adult, not someone underage. In this case, he is just as much as to blame as the driver only he is not here to bare the heat of such an awful tragedy. My thoughts are with the family.
