You will NOT have to pay a higher cost if you pay your insurance. The penalty is ONLY for those that CAN afford to buy insurance but CHOOSES not too! Employers WILL NOT choose to pay for their employees. Do you think those that wrote this Bill didnt understand the implications of what they were legislating? You are missing the whole point and do not have the facts straight. Your questions show that you are really unclear about the facts.
