They are no different from anyone else behind the wheel. They can swerve and hit someone. They should pull over to the side and then check their messages or texts or whatever even phone calls. It is deadly to text or use a cell phone while driving. My son was going down River Road and was behind a police officer who was swerving back and forth across the bike land and the middle lane. My son called it in to have someone have a talk with him. Don't know if anything ever came of it.
NO TO USING CELL PHONE OR TEXTING WHILE DRIVING. PULL OVER 1ST.
