But note, the Lottery has raised $2.35 Billion for education.

Question -- how much has been siphoned off by the Governor and her predecessor to fund their pet projects and to balance the budget?

Question 2 -- do those siphoned off funds ever get repaid?

Question 3 -- when will the Legislature close that loophole so the funds can not be siphoned away?

With that much money raised, how can persons in the education field, or Smiley, feel eve more must be done for education?
