They already charge me $124 every 2mos. just for sewer-I've got well water. I've never been late myself w/ single income & only myself in the house using the toilet. I pay my bills on time every month. It's a shame that this happens to good people but they'll get their money one way or the other. CFPUA have gone up on the service every 6mos. since they began-52% higher. They just went up in June & will most likely go up again in December & we can't do anything about it. But the general manager gets his raise & bonus for doing such a fine job while some of us eat less just to be able to pay the increases.
