Yes, raccoons seem to be a problem, however, the rules regarding pets only being allowed by owners and not renters are clearly posted on each building. The owner knew this, the tenant knew this, so how there is surprise at having to remove the dogs is beyond me. Having said that, as a unit owner I will be asking what is being done about the infestation ASAP.
