Port City cab owner wants a city policy on dress code. He needs one badly because evidently he does not enforce one at his business. I am retired Law Enforcement, perfect driving record and looking for work when I interviewed there. I personally saw a driver who looked like he had been homeless for years, his clothes were not only dirty but raggedy and hair was dirty and unkept and needed a shave. I thought to myself what kind of people do they hire. No, I was not hired but only reporting truthfully what I personally observed. There is a big sign in the manager's office stating to ensure you keep a clean car so maybe that is good for the ride but not the driver!
