Penn State should not be allowed to have a football team for at least one year per victim. If the NCAA does not act swiftly and decisively, they never need to impose sanctions against anyone ever again. SMU was given the “death penalty” for paying players. This does not even register on the radar when compared to what Penn State officials allowed to continue to happen. Heartless, soulless people putting embarrassment and football above the welfare of children.
