First the low, at Fibber's Public House at 1610 Pavilion Place in Wilmington inspectors found a long list of violations including:

Ice bin/soda nozzles need cleaning
Need food thermometer
Fruit flies present
Dishes stacked wet
Tongs on fryer need cleaning
Single service cups dirty
And many items and areas that need cleaning

Now on to a high score at Papa Murphy's at 5954 Carolina Beach Rd Suite 180 in Wilmington. In a clean sweep, inspectors could find no violations and add two points for a food safety course. Score a perfect 102 for Papa Murphy's.
