It is sad that people are such pigs that laws must be passed to make them clean up their act. Hopefully, more citations will be issued to those who dispose of any litter, whether it be cigarette butts, candy wrappers, suntan lotion bottles or whatever. Why is it so hard to take a small plastic bag with you to put your trash in?
