First, I would like to say that Officer Davis is neither a scumbag nor an idiot as some of you have stated. He happens to be a very nice person and was a good Police Officer. He simply made a wrong decision to drive when he had been drinking and a good decision to resign when he did. I am sure he has learned a good lesson and hope that he is able to get back into law enforcement with another department.
